I think it would be best if you could switch following and on so if you wanted you could see what users you are not following have seen the animanga.

Pretty simple idea: Add an extra tab or integrated thing where it lists the people who you follow who have seen the show so say, for example, I wanted to watch a show and I could easily see if someone I follow watched and liked/didn't like it.
