Add functionality to character pages

The title is pretty optimistic considering that as of now, character pages simply do not exist.
An easy, low-effort suggestion would be to have these pages display a list of all anime a character appears in.
I'd really like this because there are many characters I see on people's "Favourite Character" sections on profiles where I can't easily find out where they are from.

This is still the number one request, allow users to add the Characters manually and have a voting system for troll posts, if they post fake junk after a certain number of reports auto remove the character.

this was marked as planned in 2017, either the mods are lazy or they simply dont care
