Same issue. It won't update cover image and I've been trying for a week

I have tried over two times and it still won’t change I have even tried restetting my device and trying again but it still won’t work and if you can fix this I will be great full

Tried many times and it won’t change after pressing save

I tried about 11 times if I counted right but it doesn’t change. I even closed the app and turned off my phone but that didn’t solve it either.
